New App Coming Late Summer

Big news! Wake Forest, Zebulon, Apex, and the Triangle Trails Initiative have teamed up with visitRaleigh and other municipalities across Wake County—and even across North Carolina—to bring you an exciting new way to explore everything our communities have to offer.

Coming August 2025, the Wander Mobile App will launch for our area and feature centralized, easy-to-use maps of trails, restaurants, local businesses, and fun activities—right at your fingertips! This county-wide collaboration between GIS, marketing and communication teams is all about making it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy the best of Wake County.
